Just fyi, NFCU rep told me that Navy Federal does not ever lower its CLOC rates. The rate you get when approved for the CLOC is the rate you keep.
It's nice to receive or be able to anticipate rate reductions on their credit cards, but apparently there is no such hope for their CLOC, unfortunately. Just wanted to let others know.
