New Pen Fed approval .........sort of

Got the Pen Fed Plat and Promise Card a few mos ago with 10K on the Plat and 4.5K on the Promise Card.......got a blank draft in the mail today pre-approved up to 15K @ 9.9%.......not a great rate for a loan but it feels great  that they offered.

That's the lowest APR they offer for personal loans/debt consolidation.  They must like you.

I was soft pulled on 2/28 and no offers yet.

It is for a personal loan........they sent a blank bank draft for me to write in the amount I want up to 15K
