Had an issue with Citi. Mobile app does not let you deposit checks over $1000 and they closed all branches in my area have to drive 2 states to get to local branch to deposit or mail other side of country.
Called PenFed they helped me install the app went over lots of account questions. Took the deposit no problem with the mobile app.
As well the auto loan posted to the account already and they said the payoff check was mailed out. Once I finish all the forms I am going to add ploc for overdraft. I am really happy with them so far!
