I think they are more conservative than Penfed. I got denied for both cc and overdraft LOC. My friend only got approved for $1K with 780 EXP score.
I won't try it without pre-approved offer.

Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see an online application, only the one to print off and mail/fax in.
