Does anyone have a link or a liist of the national banks who offer secured personal loans (with a savings account) for people with bad credit? I have searched the internet, couldn't find anything. I know Santanders does, and TD Bank, but I don't have any other names. Why do I allways see the credit unions mentioned here, but no one ever talks about the banks, to me it would be easier to take out a bank loan, rather than going through the credit union hassle. But maybe I'm wrong?
