Want to pay stuff off

Is there any body that will approve me for a loan - it can't be TU because I have a monster changeoff on TU. On exp I have one collection, CS 650, on eq I have no collections, one small chargeoff score 660. I have some late student loans payments from over 3 years ago that I'm trying to goodwill:

Are you a member of any CUs?  PenFed gave me a personal loan when my scores were about 650, had many collectins (all put one paid), high Uti as well as a CO...

No, I've never done a CU.

You may want to start with a local credit union perhaps. I was able to get a loan through my local credit union without a hassle and my scores were not great, around 620ish a few years ago.

There is no such thing as a small chargeoff for credit scoring purposes. A chargeoff is  chargeoff, whether it's $200 or $200,000.
