I've been with Schwab for 8 years and I have nothing but great things to say about them personally. Have multiple accounts including investments and I'm happy as a clam. Mistakes do happen and guaranteed this won't be the last time a banking firm messes up via human or CPU error. It's on you, the customer, to make sure everything is on the up and up with your check book which it looks like you did. Props on you for paying attention.
