120 day late payment

I have a 120 day late payment on my sears card

30 days late 4 times (Jun 2004, Jan 2004) 60 days late 3 times (Feb 2004) 90+ days late 1 time (Sep 2002)

I know late payment stays on for 7 yeras. Does it mean that only 120 day late payment will be deleted or the whole trade line will be delated?

What is the current status of the card? Open? Closed? CO?

More than likely, just the late will be removed after 7 years from what you've posted, but can' t be certain.

the account is closed.I tired to send a GW letter to Sears but they denied it. plus this is my oldest account so I am not sure If I should get it removed.

More than likely, just the lates will fall off one by one as they reach the 7 year mark. No promises though.

FCRA 605(a) only mandates that derogs cannot be reported after the time periods specified.  Nothing in the FCRA controls how long an account can remain in a credit report.
