After having a lender pull my scores for a mortgage on January 22, 2014, I went into action and started the clean up.  Well hard work has paid off.  I was at 525 in Jan and after Today's SW alert I am at a 669 EQ.  Finally ready for a mortgage.  Really wanting to go back to that same lender I went to in Jan who basically laughed me out the door, telling me to give it "a year or so"  to increase my scores.  Now I'm laughing all the way to the bank!!!!

WTG love hearing stories like this as it was myself 15 yrs ago...

Please let us know what the scores are from the lender-pulled trimerge report ... when you have it done.
