For those of you rebuilding, my last late was 18 months ago. At the 12 mo mark, I applied at NFCU and was declined for 'too recent late'. I applied yesterday for a signature loan (18 month last late) and was approved.

While rebuilding has been slow, it's been steady. I'm paying off this month, my last CA and will start sending gw for removal. I've got envelopes, paper and stamps. I'm armed and dangerous, lol. Of course, it's Portfolio

Me and shogun had a sleep over this past weekend, watching Bubble Guppies, He-Man, Thunder Cats and Under Dog. I looked over at his old Tandy computer from 1991 and said I want that GIF on your screen. He then put it on a 5.25" floppy drive and then when I got home I had to transfer it the old hard way to a thumb drive. Shogun is a pal I tell you.
