180 day lates removed from EX!

Do I disputed 180 day lates from June-Dec '09 with EX, based on the fact that I filed BK in June '09. I got the notification yesterday that they've been removed. My justification for the dispute was that I wasn't responsible for that time frame since the filing basically froze my liability as of the date of filing. It worked..

You were correct, as soon as you file BK thats it, reporting from month of filing must be IIB 0 balance. Grats

Weird thing is the balance was reporting as zero. My EX score has been consistently lower than the others and the only thing I could think was those 180s causing it. EQ and TU don't show any lates for that account. I'll give it a week and check my score.
