The first and most important thing you should do is contact the CA that is collecting on your student loans and rehabilitate them.

Any suggestions... I have $5k in stock and I plan on getting a secured loan and then use proceeds to pay down bills...

I have a high credit utilization because old CO and thinking of trying a PFD with CitiCards which is really killing me.
