Sent the letter on 11/6 and when I pulled my USAA just now, the JCP baddies were removed, but the TL was still there! 1x30, 2x60, and 3x90 from 2008, I'm pretty happy about that. No movement on my FAKO scores, but it was just encouraging that it's one less thing to worry about explaining. Still waiting on Sears, HSBC, and SPS (mortgage servicer).
