1st Premiere Email to remove 1 30 day late in March, 2015?

Is it possible to get the email for 1st Premiere from someone or can anyone tell me where to find it? 

I would like to ask them to remove the 30 day late I had in March 2015!  I didn't get the bill and had no idea I needed to pay it so soon after receiving the card!   I've been current ever since!

Try again!

I just sent an email, hoping it's a yes.  I never got the 1st bill.  It's only 1 30 day late and it was when I got the card.  I mentioned all of that in my email.  I'll post what happens.

Keep trying, and sometimes with any GW, a mailed letter works.
