What is the best way to get two charge offs off my credit report? I have tried call the creditor with no luck getting the right person.

The original creditor or a collection agency?

Original ceditor. Cap One and Chase.

I just wouldn't give up.
Keep at them
Google chase removal and cap 1 removal
use Various keywords.

Do a search here and read all chase and cap 1 threads

This is just what I would do.
