2 accounts turn into 4

I had an hsbc and a capital one account that now are with lvnv.  They show as 4 accounts.  What should i do?

Lvnvfundg		12/2011	$1,395	120+ days past due		Details
Lvnvfundg		9/2011	$789	120+ days past due		Details Cap One   5/2006 $0 Bad debt/collection Details Hsbc Bank   9/2007 $0 Bad debt/collection

I need to wait till the 1st of the year to get the funds to pay them off.  They show they will delete by the end of next year.

Cap 1 bought the other so there should be 2 accounts from the OC.  AFAIK, there should only be one from LVNV.
