I tried the HIPAA process last year and it didn't work for me. The 2 paid med bills were paid to the original creditor but weren't removed from my Experian report, should I start allover again with the process & if so where do I start? Also I have a collection account that I believe was purchased from another from2005 and the date is 2008 and they are trying to collect, I sent a certified letter 2 the company & received the green card but no word from them. Right now it is showing on my Experian only it was on TransUnion but I disputed & they removed.
