I used to have AMEX and paid in settlement in 2010 and they are reporting to EQ and TU as paid in settlement from last 2 years and suddenly today I see that AMEX is reporting FAIL TO PAY in Experian for month of NOV.
What I am suppose to do?
You could dispute the item with the reason, that the balance is showing incorrect. At the very least Amex will have to look at what they are reporting and correct it. Most Credit Bureaus allow you to give a statement.
