26pt score increase

A nice surprise today - a 26pt score increase! The only thing it seems to be related to is the one year anniversary of student loans that were 120 days late as of February, 2013. I'm surprised the increase was that much though. I'm wondering if I might see a slight increase in March when my foreclosure hits 2 years.

Unfortunately, that score may plummet soon as I went up against Midland in court last week. If they win the judgement I'll be kissing those points goodbye, but for now, I will enjoy the change.
