I paid 3 delinquent accounts off and recieved a letter stating that they agreed to delete these marks from my credit report. However, 3 months later it still shows on my report. How do I submit the letter to the credit agencies?
I wouldn't submit them to the CRAs. The creditor has an agreement with the CRAs not to delete for payment alone.
Contact the creditor and remind them of your agreement.
