3 Year old Hospital Bill

Hello. I was wondering. The only bad thing on my credit is a 3 year old hospital bill for $200. I was not able to pay it due to finacial issues but now I am able to pay it. If I pay this bill will my credit score go up? Either way I know it needs to be paid but just wondering if it will have any effect on my credit score.
