30-Day Late

I have 1 30-day late back in Nov. 2013 - the late is listed on my EXP credit report but in the Negative Information Section is says "You are listed as having made all your payments on time." --- why? There was one 30-day late...

It's part of your history but I'm assuming you have continued to pay on your balance. This would put you in the category of pays as agreed. Unfortunately it doesn't take away the 30 days past due.

Perhaps try a goodwill letter to remove the past due from the company reporting it.
