30 day late

I have a 30 day late credit card payment showing on my EXP & my TU. it was from August of 2011.

I've tried many times & many letters to 53rd. They won't remove it & keep telling me its there to stay. I've even tried the credit agency's to get it removed with no luck.

I moved back in may 2011. Thought it was all payed. At the time I apparently still owed $70 or something. Missed the payment by 34 days. They sent a bill to my old address thus not getting the memo.

How do I get this removed?? It's bugging me. It's the only thing on my report that's bad. 1 year AAOA scores ranging from 670 to 680 across the board. They are FICO.

Is its still hurting my scores a year on ??
