Santander #1: Late removed. (updated today, just talked to them yesterday)
Santander #2: Said late would be removed (haven't updated yet)
3 Medical Collections removed.
Portfolio: Added a collection (Sent DV and awaiting. Prepared to offer PFD)
That's it so far this week!

Congratulations on the increase! Santander is very difficult and that is awesome you got the lates deleted. I have have 3 30 day lates that reported 2009 that I have been trying to get removed on a loan that I PIF this past Jan and I wanted to know did you send GW letters or were you able to get the late(s) deleted via phone? If you have any specific e-mail or contact information for someone there would you please PM me the information? I am trying to get pre qualified for home loan. Thank you!

Chelsea, acutally I just launched an email off their website to their payment department. I got an email back from them 3 days later with a number to call. I called the number and got ahold of a nice guy who said he would update my account. I had two accounts and a late from each one that stemmed from when they switched from HSBC Auto and Citi Auto. Just talked to him yesterday and one account already updated today.

The guy was super helpful. I did have a legitimate dispute and am 6 months ahead on current payments. That might have helped but good luck!. YMMV

Could you tell me what credit monitoring service you used? I am currently trying to find one that monitors my score on a daily basis....
