+35 points on Experian!

Opened a Cap1 QS1 with a SL of $500. Today I got an alert that something on my credit report had changed.  It was nice to see a +35 point bump up on Experian (Fico 8). I hope TU and EQ will follow suit.

My statement cut on 8/15/2016. Alert received today 8/15/2016 reporting $84.00 out of a CL of $500.00.

I never had any open credit card accounts before the QS1. Can't wait until my BankAmericard reports!

Re: +35 points on Experian!

If there is nothing horribly bad on your report recently, apply for an Amex Delta Gold.. you might be surprised, an approval is very likely with your Ex score

NFCU $60.4k/PenFed $22.5k/Commerce $15K/53 $11K/Synovus $14K/BBT $11K/CapOne $12K/DCU $7.5K/BMO $7.5K/Chase $14.5k/Cabelas $10K/ and many many more!
Total CL $398600, plus car and RV loan.
Ooh. Ooh. Getting closer to that $500K mark!

Re: +35 points on Experian!

Congratulations!  Your experience is the opposite of mine.  I had a new credit card account from my credit union show up on my EX report.  It dropped my score 24 points!  A new account shows up on my EQ and I get a 30 point bump.  The only differences between my reports is that EQ reports my mortgage loan, EX does not; and EQ shows my credit history as 18 years, EX shows 10 years.
