3B monitoring

I'm so confused, I've honestly been searching and still having trouble!

I signed up for the 3b, I know I can't see my actual credit report that way, but if something changes I get an alert. I was alerted that I dropped 3 points, but I don't see why. If it's nothing NEW, is it just something bad(ie: my previous post about a charge off) just reporting again?

Most likely its a collection or charge off updating the balance.

Okay, Thank you! Ugh, so annoying that  I couldn't figure it out/second guessing myself.

If it's TU or EQ you can use Credit Karma to see your reports to see if you can spot any changes.  I only use that service to view my reports.
