40 point score drop! Why!?

So within a month my score went from 638 to 598! Within this month I never missed any payments, closed any accounts, or opened any accounts. The only thing I did was a DV letter to LVNV and PRA followed by PFDs. Could this have caused the score drop?!?! Any insights would be greatly appreciated. What should I do next???

Thanks!

I believe that when you dispute an item, it will taken out of the score equation since it's being disputed. Depending on what your file is, that dispute maybe raised your utilization ratio or it rebucketed you. I'm just a newbie though so take it with a grain of salt.
