47 Point jump on Equifax.... Oh yeah, happy dance!

Logged on and pulled my Equifax report and *Bam* a 47 point increase from 680 to 727.  This is in the middle of underwriting for my new mortgage!   Think it's time to happy dance!   Thanks for all those who have helped me and good luck to the rest of you!


Starting Score: 504

July 2013 score: EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013
Goal Score: All Scores 760+, Newest goal 800+

FICO 08 Scores (11-08-2014): EQ 818, EX 817, TU 822
All three scores were 850. Lost points for not having an open installment TL. So, BE WARNED!!!!!

I'm so hopeful when a baddie falls off. I have a collection due to fall off Dec 2012 (many unsuccessful GW attempts made). Hopfully I get a nice bump like you :smileyhappy:)

Wasn't scheduled to fall off, guess my GW letter worked cause it just disappeared!   Not looking a gift horse in the mouth, just gonna roll with it.

Congrats! Now I gotta ask. To whom and where did you send your GW letters? Send PM, please. I have two that need to be gone. One mysteriously disappeared on TU without any action on my part.
