Re: 483 to 620 in 9 months?

My equifax dispute claim came back this morning.  Equifax deleted both of my medical bills in collections.  Saw a 30 point jump in my score.  Now....on to Midland

Re: 483 to 620 in 9 months?

How in the heck did you get cox communications removed???  Midland collection company wont remove that, its over 6 years old and not even mine. I have also a collection from a ozark elect coop that's not mine, from 2011. But I ve been living in wisconsin since 2008. I never had those accounts, but they swear that their mine, I was a victim of id theft and got police reports and everything, and filed a complaint with CFC in washington........still got nothing done and now the CRAs are saying that its all frivilas complaints.

I dont have the sort of money to hire a lawyer, so what do i do?  Any suggestion?

Well I don't have a logo, so I will just use @#@

Dispute the claim through the credit agency (i.e. equifax) They will ask the creditor for proof that you are liable for the debt. The process takes a month but worth it.
