See on this post the same concept is going on, I do not see this thread locked.  Validation is KEY, E-Oscar can ONLY verify it can not Validated.  Validation is much more complicated.  Thank You for this thread.  Beautiful.

I am not doing any sort of thing.  Shogun and I discussed the forum rules clearly.  The topic is deletions and how each individuals approach may or may not work.  So this is helpful for the community as a whole.  There are rules and the system must be followed.  The key is to get one side or the other to acknowledge ones request for the law to be followed, hopefully that is a bit more clear as to why I posted.  Thank You for the good information the forum allows members to "share" with others about ones experiences.

I agree Kevin, that is why I feel the dispute method with the CRAs is much less effective than a direct dispute.

Shogun in my experience the cra route is working well currently. My 1st round transunion report just completed another 4 items deleted/removed. I just sent TU 2nd round today. Waiting until tomorrow to send my experian 2nd round. Total deletions going to the cras, just two bureaus equifax and transunion 9 items deleted remove alone on my 1st round efforts. The jury is still out on this one I believe.
