6 GW letter sent 3 Deleted so Far

Just about three weeks ago I decided to just start sending out these GW letters to these companies and just see what happens. Magically I've been noticing the deletes and i'm so over the moon. So far I was able to delete Receiveable Management (Patient first debt) ... United Collections Bureau (Hospital Bill) and My State Collections from an old college debt .... I still have left

Midland

Meridian Financial

I'm hoping they will fall through .. I've been battling with Midland for a while now I figure i'll just keep sending GW letters until they are sick of me lol ... This does make me hopeful because those are the only baddies left I have on my report ..and i'm looking for a house soon and this would be the best christmas present ever lol ...

i think midland has me to auto delete/shred ... i have sent them so many emails/phone calls and snailmails ..... nothing has come out of them lol

Keep plugging away with Midland. They eventually caved with me. Try them by e-mail, fax, and letters.

I dont think i have a good fax number with them, think you could PM that to me as well as what i should include with the fax?

I was able to find the emails to Midland/Encore capital. PM if you want the emails.  The President actually replied to my email too! He told me the Consumer Relations Dept would be in touch.. Nothing yet, so I sent a followup email this morning.

OP, I had PFD success with Verizon Wireless. I had (and lost) up to 13 addresses for them, but I found each simply by calling them and they actually are open to giving you fax numbers and addresses. I also wrote to a couple of different corporate addresses and used their new addresses from those letterheads as they said "NO!'. After a year of effort, I saw success via planetfeedback. I can say with certainty that they record your efforts in their records and will cave in after an aggressive effort. I recommend PFB after trying for quite some time.
