I wrote Capital One in October of last year and they denied removing the late payments. I emailed the EO and was contacted a few days later and they told me they would investigate the situation. Again, they denied the removal.
How long should I wait before I send my third GW letter?

I also forgot to mention this was with HSBC back in 2011, Capital One didn't take over the account until summer of 2013 which I've never been late on.
