I just checked my fico eq and boy was I amazed. In the past week I have had two creditors agree to delete a collections and a negative tradeline and a creditor agreed to remove late payments from 2009 yesterday. Would all that affect my score that quickly?

FICO shows a snapshot. So, if all things are equal with everything else, this point increase was caused by those actions. If something else is different, like util, then it isn't so easy to say what caused the points. I'll take em if you don't want em ![]()
You could have a 550 and go to a 800 in one day if you report reflected changes that would support that.
Good work!

+ 1 Your CR only looks at what is currently showing on it. If you have a score of 500 with 8 baddies and then they are all removed, you could jump immediately to over 700. It all just depends on what is bad and what is good.

Wow that's amazing. It took me over a month to see changes in my score!

Changes happen when informaiton changes.
That is soley up to the furnisher of the information ... a change in UTIL for example won't be shown until your credit card reports.
Deletions can happen immediately, sometimes could take 45 days. It is up to who provides the information.
Scoring adjustments are one of the prime examples of YMMV.
