OP, congratulations. I have a similar story starting from March. Score recovery can absolutely happen with advice from the forums, and I am, not sure I would have been successful without it.

A few months later... Scores in the mid 820's, just PIFed all remaining CC and Student Loan balances, and new home construction is well underway. (I love it when a plan comes togeather.)
