7 years or 7 years + 180 days?

What are your experiences with the timing of things "dropping off"

I have 4 Paid Charge Offs with the following DOFD dates:

1/07

3/07

5/07

7/07

What are the odds  that these will come off exactly 7 years? If these fall off 7 years from the dates above then that will only leave me with 1 negative and that's with Midland.

Usually the CRA's remove them at the 7 yr mark. The latest they can stay on is 7 yrs 180 days.

I've had a couple of things drop off....right at the 7 year mark.  Maybe earlier if you call and ask nicely?  Doesn't hurt to try?

Call the CRA?  I have GW'd these 4 to death.  Sending a GW once a week.

Yes, most CRAs will remove on or before the 7 year mark.  You can also call and ask nicely and they may remove them now.

I have heard of peeps having good luck CALLING the CRA and asking for early removal...and having it happen.

WOW! Briliiant!  I never thought to call the CRA's.  My experiences calling in the past for different reasons have not been positive.  They usually don't understand what I am asking.
