70 Lates Reporting Citibank Loan..Fall Off Date HELP PLEASE..

I know that when you consolidate loans, all the late payments follow the loan to the current lender.  However, for the old closed ones I don't see the lates not coming off as they should. 

I could be wrong but I hope they do.
