Two years later and a gain of 188 points from where I bottomed out at 517, I finally crossed over into the 700 Club with one of the CRAs. Thank you all for your sound advice, tools, and support which helped me get to this point. Still some more work to do but well on my way to getting TU & EX to 700 as well.
