As it is with scores, they go up and down.
Finally, since I joined MyFico all three scores have hit 700 or more.
When I first started with MyFico, my EQ score was 696. That was in March of 2012. Then an old State Tax Lien showed up on my report and I lost 45 points!
I have been rebuilding ever since. Today, even though the lien is still on my report I have finally broke 700!
I have a CLI to report, a Midland Collect soon to drop and a new CL with Chase to report as well as 4 HP's to age off by the end of the year, so things are looking up.
If you are interested: I have the State Tax Lien, a 90 day late on my student loans that is 2 1/2 years old and the Midland Collection for an old T-Mobile account. My AAoA is about 7 years with all of my new cards. My HP's are listed below in my siggy and am at approx 15% util. So there is room to improve there.
I just wanted to share this not only because I am excited but to encourage others that it can be done.
Time, patience and good advice from the people here at MyFico really help make it happen.

Thank you! It is great to finally be here!
Congrats on your success!
Have you read some of the success stories with T-Mobile and Midland on here lately? They might help you out!
Congratulations! I hope to meet you there in 1 year.

I'll have to do a search. Seems like I have seen something about it. But my EX falls of this month. They agreed to do a 3 month early delete. TU has been off for a while. EQ is where I would like it sooner, so far Nov is when it's planned to come off there...so maybe taking a look at those will help me get it done sooner. Thanks!
Congratulations!
Awesome! Time and patience is so very true!
Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope to join you soon!
