90 day late from 5 years ago disappeared from TU

I got a 14 point bump, but I'm wondering as to whether or not I should be worried or just take it as an early (late?) Christmas present? And could it reappear later?

There is always a chance it could come back until it reaches CRTP. Grats on the score increase
