90 point drop.

My credit score dropped 90 points after a VS card was added to report.

I am  struggling with the idea that I even got the card ... I had applied several months ago and was denied so I wrote a letter and was reconsidered with a $450 CL.

other than that NOTHING has changed. I have no credit, I would have thought a regular CC would have improved my score??

Your FICO could have increased by as many. Definitely don't put your faith in a FAKO.

ETA...well maybe not as many, but if you have no CCs, I bet FICO increased 30-40+.

Re: 90 point drop.

lol.   credit karma is not even close.  It doesn't even grade all the same aspects of your credit report.  You can't base anything off a score from Credit Karma, I had originally thought you were talking about a real FICO.
