A ? for those that had good luck with Chase.

Hi I am trying to write my GW letter to Chase and I was wondering if those of you that have been able to get Chase to delete if you included your account number.? My account is from 4 years ago and I haven't been able to find the number. Could I just include my social security#.

IMO..I would include what ever information you can find on the credit report. When i sent my letter in I actually did not unclude my Social Security number. I am very reluctant about putting such information on a letter. Chase was able to get back to me with the portion of the account number that was displayed on my credit report.
