I filed a compliant with the BBB against Asset Acceptance and LVNV. I just got a message back from AA. I looked back at my first complanit and noticed I didn't put my account # there. They should have my name and address that I listed with the BBB (correct?) Should I respond again back with it?
Please be advised that AALLC cannot conclude based on the information provided in the complaint that the consumer is not AALLC's intended responible party. However, AALLC will cease collections and close the file that it believes is at issue and the subject of this consumer's complaint. AALLC will also request the removal of its tradeline with the appropriate consumer reporting agencies regarding this matter.
