ACS Help

First off thank you to everyone on these boards. I have been watching and made significant improvements to my scores. I have ACS lates from 2011, messed up and ignored them. I havent had an issue since they came out of forebearance after I squared up those lates. I have searched and looked and cant seem to find a good contact. I am hoping for gw but I also know I was at fault. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would be Googling for their head office and mailing the letter in to the office of the CEO. Mailing a GW letter has more of an impact as it is a personal touch over email or a phone call. Good luck and welcome to My Fico
