ACS/JP Morgan Chase (student loan) back door number needed

Anyone has a backdoor number/fax, something for ACS/JP Morgan Chase (this is how it appears on my CR). I am trying to send a GW letter. I've already sent it to the address on my CR but no luck. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!!

Greetings! I realize this was posted some time ago but were you able to locate an option for reaching ASC/JP Morgan Chase?  I just signed up to myfico this week and beginning the process of sending GWs.  Thank for any info!
