ACS/ US Bank Student Loan Reporting all messed up

[ Edited ]

My first post since lurking, but this record is hitting me hard.

I am working on tenderly getting my FICO up to get approved for a 1st Time Home.

I used to go to another school and numerous things happened (job/life) in 2005/2006 that I needed to quit building up and focus instead on shelter and food for about a year. (Almost ALL my bad marks are from 10/2006-2/2007).

I have SINCE paid all my student loans in FULL and enrolled in another school (March 2009).

I sent US Bank a GW letter to remove negatives on an old student loan.

Instead of just saying no to the GW Letter (which they did, "must report accurately"), the records on my report get consolidated, updated and messed up.

Now it's showing:

Equifax:

Current Status: 120+ DAYS PAST DUE
High Credit: $3,313 (This is OLD Student Loan Amount)
Type of Account : Installment

Credit Limit:
Terms Frequency: Monthly (due every month)
Date Opened: 04/2009

Balance: $0
Date Reported: 04/2011

Amount Past Due: $0
Date Major Delinquency First Reported:
Months Reviewed: 19
Date Closed: 05/2007

Type of Loan: Education Loan
Date of First Delinquency: 07/2006
Comments: Student loan assigned to government

Experian:

Current Status: Claim filed with government
High Credit: NA
Type of Account : Installment

Credit Limit: $3,313 (Again, my OLD balance!)
Date Opened: 04/2009

REPORTED SINCE: 09/2005

Balance: $0
Date Reported: 04/2011

Date Major Delinquency First Reported:
Date Closed: 05/2007

Type of Loan: Education Loan
Comments: Student loan assigned to government

 Transunion:

Current Status: PAID or PAYING AS AGREED
High Credit: $4,750 (This is CURRENT Student Loan Amount)
Type of Account : Installment

Terms : $0 for 120 months
Date Opened: 04/2009

Balance: $4,750 (CURRENT STUDENT LOAN AMOUNT)
Date Reported: 03/2011

Amount Past Due: $0
Maximum delinquency of 120+ days in 05/2007
Months Reviewed: 19
Date Closed: 05/2007

Type of Loan: Education Loan

I called 1-800-835-4611 and it says "your account is in an in-school status" and lists $4750 as my principal balance. The rep said "we don't show you as being reported to the Credit Bureau, and we'll send you a letter confirming your in school current status with next payment due October 14, 2014".

Advice on next step?

Pre "Update"... (working on gathering the data)

Experian:

Experian: "WAS" in BOLD

Current Status: PAYS AS AGREED
High Credit: NA
Type of Account : Installment

Credit Limit: $3,313 (Again, my OLD balance!)
Date Opened: 04/2009

REPORTED SINCE: 09/2005

Past Due: N/A (Now $0)

Balance: N/A
Date Reported: 05/2007

Date Major Delinquency First Reported:
Date Closed: 05/2007

Type of Loan: Education Loan
Comments: Student loan assigned to government

(How an account opening on 04/2009 can be "reported" on 05/2007, I have NO idea!)

You can do a direct dispute with them.

Give as much detail as to what you are disputing.  Send them copies of the before and after reporting TLs.
