Just wanted to leave an update.....

So I received a letter in the mail yesterday for Afni stating that my account has been closed and that they will delete all info. from all 3 credit bureaus.

I just hope it doesn't take the CB forever to update their records.  I sent all 3 a letter (with a copy of the afni letter) today requesting that they update within 30 days.  I can't wait to see my credit score after the update.

I'm SO proud of my success.

Sent email to AFNI on Tuesday and received reply that they would remove from credit reports.  Checked reports today and they were gone.  Transunion jumped from 618 to 665 and Experian jumped from 590 to 647 - Whoohoo!   I love this forum, could not have done it without the forums.
