The AFNI TL is already off my TU.     I also received a response from the AFNI Recovery Team that they update with the CRAs weekly and I should see my deletion soon.

Wow!  This is awesome news.  Hopefully mine comes off as quickly.  I got the letter last night but they said it can take anywhere between 60-90 days to delete.  I believe I received the same email with their company logo saying they have sent a request to have it removed from my report.

Update, I emailed AFNI on sunday and this morning got an email stating they are going to delete all records of one of the two issues I wrote them about. I followed up with cert snail mail pfd as well just to be safe. Im waiting on a reply for the other collection I pfd about.

AFNI is officially off all my CRAs.  Now I will wait to see what they do about the DV/PFD.  I think they screwed up my account.  Still havent received my CMRRR card yet.

FYI - for me it was a net of +9 pts on my EQ using ScoreWatch.  Not sure about TU.  Waiting another month to get that score.
