On September 20th,  I sent AFNI a "Notice of Direct Dispute under FCRA 623(a)(8)" using RobertEG's template.

 

Lookee what I got in the mail today!!

 


Starting Score 7/5/10: 498 (EQ)
Current Score 659 (EQ) 699 (EX) 712 (TU)
Goal Score: 700 (for now)

Congrats!   Seems like more and more people are starting to win against AFNI.  Wish I was in you groups. LOL 2 DVs and still no validiation.  Hopefully  complaints with both state AG's, BBB, and the FTC will bear more fruit.

 

I am having trouble finding the template you refer to.  Can you point me in the right direction so will have to to reference for future uese?
