AFNI agreed to delete 6/2011. Still on Equifax 1/2012?

I received a response to a GW letter that they would remove a $128 collection from all 3 credit bureaus.

This was dated 6/3/2011.

I got my report today, showing that on Equifax, this is still listed.

What is the next proper step to get them to honor their agreement?

They DID remove from Transunion (and I don't know about experian).

The collection is 6 years old, so it will fall off soon, but I want it gone NOW.

I had a Afni account that was still reporting after they sent documentation about deleting the tradeline.  I disputed with Equifax  on line and it took approximately 30 days and

I was sent notification that the information was removed.  I hope this helped.

When I got a letter from AFNI that it would be deleted I sent a copy to the credit bureaus, it was deleted soon after.

When you disputed, what option did you select?
