AFNI and Directv

I need some advice.  I have a new collection from afni for directv for $102.00. I'm able to pay it but Afni is saying that they are unable to delete it but they can update it to paid in full.  This is a new collection that appeared 4 days ago so it tanked my credit score. The original bill was $475, and i had payments set up.

 

Unfortunately, I missed a payment by 4 days so I broke the agreement which means they automatically report.

 

My question is will the update of paid in full help my score at all? I'm having a house built and trying to do something really fast. This small bill can prevent me from having my home. What can be done, if anything?

Paid collection as a score goes have same damage that unpaid collection for score matter

AFNI won't do PFDs, but they will do GW deletes.  I'd pay it and then send an e-mail to afni@recoveryteam.com asking for a GW.  It may take several attempts though.
